MODEL KONSEPTUAL PENGARUH INOVASI TERHADAP PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA PADA SISTEM INFORMASI PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH (SIPKD) DI PEMERINTAH KOTA BANJARMASIN
Abstract
Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin telah melakukan beberapa inovasi pada Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) sejak tahun 2013. Namun adanya inovasi-inovasi yang dilakukan ternyata menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan dan tidak menjamin dapat diterima seluruhnya oleh pengguna. Adanya permasalahan terhadap penerimaan pengguna ternyata berpengaruh akan keberlanjutan penggunaan SIPKD di Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin, sehingga sekarang ada usulan agar SIPKD diganti dengan sistem yang lain TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) adalah sebuah teori dalam sistem informasi yang menjelaskan bagaimana pengguna mau menerima dan menggunakan teknologi sedangkan teori difusi inovasi banyak digunakan dalam penelitian untuk menyelidiki faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi atau penerimaan terhadap suatu inovasi dalam sebuah lingkungan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan kombinasi antara TAM dengan teori difusi inovasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari inovasi terhadap penerimaan pengguna pada Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah di Kota Banjarmasin. Dari hasil kombinasi tersebut didapatkan sebuah model konseptual yang akan diterapkan dalam penelitian selanjutnya. Kata kunci: SIPKD, inovasi, TAM, teori difusi inovasi.
