Personality is the nature and behavior of each individual
characteristic that differentiates it from other
individuals. In addition to other distinguish personalities
also be a determinant of a person in the placing
themselves within their environment both socialization
and work environment. The effect is to make every
individual should know what kind of personality he has
in order to develop strengths and improve weaknesses.
As well as on the organization HMIF AMIKOM
University of Yogyakarta who annually conduct
personality tests to determine the new board members is
more suitable placed on which division. But until now
HMIF AMIKOM
University Yogyakarta still do manually in case of
selecting from data input to the processing of the final
result. While the data is created for each person requires
more than 60 data. Therefore, to reduce errors and
increase accuracy in data entry to processing results of
the selection needs to be made a personality test system
for the selection of divisions on HMIF AMIKOM
University Yogyakarta committee member implement a
web using Bayesian methods.
