PERANCANGAN APLIKASI PEMBELAJARAN AKSARA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MASYARAKAT BUTA AKSARA

Abstract


Pattopakang village people still live in a very modestway due to the limitations in obtaining and accessinginformation. Many people (over 10%) still live in povertyand they are illiteracy. In line with the government'splan to face the Asean Economic Community (AEC),thus it would require the government and educationobservers efforts to be able to help to improve thesociety's knowledge and capabilities. The effort expectedby the people are the ability to read and write. Toimprove the knowledge and capabilities, an applicationthat can assist people in obtaining and accessinginformation is required. The method applied indeveloping the learning application utilized the SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC). The expected result isthe increasing ability of people to interact withinformation technology through literacy learning.
