IMPLEMENTASI SIMOR DALAM PENGELOLAAN PENGETAHUAN ORGANISASI

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperjelas cara mengelola pengetahuan organisasi pada perguruan tinggi melalui SIMOR (Sistem Memori Organisasi). Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, isu penting yang dapat dimunculkan adalah bagaimana bentuk pengelolaan pengetahuan organisasi melalui SIMOR, agar pengetahuan organisasi yang masih tersebar tidak hilang, sebab dosen yang berpengetahuan tidak mengelola pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang SIMOR untuk pengelolaan pengetahuan dosen, guna mendukung pengetahuan organisasi. Pada penelitian ini yang dilakukan adalah membangun SIMOR untuk dokumentasi pengetahuan dan berbagi pengetahuan melalui SIMOR. Hasil dari implementasi SIMOR menunjukkan bahwa dosen mendukung adanya SIMOR untuk dokumentasi pengetahuan organisasi maupun belajar dan mengembangkan kompetensi mengajar, respon dosen sebesar (73%), dan pada akhirnya bahan ajar yang tersedia di tingkat program studi semakin meningkat.
