The competition in industry can’t be denied anymore, started from government’s companies and even the private companies to compete each other to be the leader. To realize that, good workers are in need, the means of production which has been tested quality. But behind it all a lot of things are forgotten by the companies themselves such as tax payments, business licensing and so forth which resulted in delays in the process of production and marketing of the company.

Warning System is the best medium to provide information such as warnings about things that are forgotten by the companies themselves in order not to be a problem that interferes with the working of the company.

Selecting PT Putra Sindo as the research object is one of my goals to introduce the importance of "System Warning" as a form of early warning information media. With a system based desktop application then access information more quickly and certainly very effective. This warning system using the Java programming language with the help of netbeans 7.1.1 and using MySql data base.
