Advances in technology and competition between schools are increasingly stringent make SMK Muhammadiyah I Imogiri as one of secondary vocational schools in Imogiri begin to look of computer technology to help facilitate the processing of data in order to improve the quality of schools, one of which is in the facilities and infrastructure. Data goods inventory at vocational schools are more varied than the school in general, it is still processed by hand and have some drawbacks such as a slow process and data retrieval difficult and weak data security.

Based on this, built an information system that can help the school inventory process data quickly and produce quality information by using the Visual Basic programming language and MySQL database.
