Regional Employment Board of Southeast Maluku district has a major task in the Service Personnel at the local level. including there in the principal task of ministering to the affairs of promotion employee, Periodical and Retirement Salary Increase for Civil Servants.

Current Regional Employment Board of Southeast Maluku district does not have Human Resources Management Information System (SIMPEG), so that the overall data processing and reporting are still using semi-computerized system that resulted in the processing of many obstacles, including requiring substantial costs in the preparation and maintenance, and takes which is considered long enough by local employees.

See these problems, the author intends to design a Human Resources Management Information System (SIMPEG) to handle the master data of Personnel, Employee Data, Data of promotion, Salary Increase Data Periodic, and data with the restriction problem for Retirement Employee Class III / d down. in the end, this system can provide output to users in the form of promotion employee reports, periodicals and Salary Increase Retirement Report. for the future, this system could be developed further addition of features - features that handle tasks - basic tasks of personnel each - each field in the Regional Employment Board (BKD) Southeast Maluku district such as leave, and so forth.
