ANALISA PENGARUH KEBERHASILAN IMPLEMENTASI TATA KELOLA TI TERHADAP ORGANISASI
Abstract
ini, efektifitas dan inovasi dalam penggunaan Teknologi Informasi memiliki potensi untuk mengubah bisnis serta mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi secara positif. Sudah saatnya setiap organisasi secara sadar mengetahui dampak positif pengimplementasian TI terhadap pencapaian yang diharapkan organisasi. Ketika tata kelola TI dilakukan dengan efektif maka secara bersamaan mendukung tujuan bisnis, memaksimalkan investasi bisnis dibidang teknologi dan mengelola peluang dan resiko terkait TI dengan tepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kajian literatur paper - paper yang telah diterbitkan. Kemudian selanjutnya ditambahkan dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan pengaruh keberhasilan tata kelola TI terhadap peningkatan bisnis organisasi. Sulit menemukan faktor dominan yang dapat dijadikan patokan bagi semua organisasi dalam mengimplementasikan tata kelola TI supaya berhasil, karena setiap organisasi memliki keunikan karakteristik masing – masing.
