POLA PERANCANGAN GAMIFIKASI UNTUK MEMBANGUN ENGAGEMENT SISWA DALAM BELAJAR

Abstract


Studi untuk menghasilkan solusi agar proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih efektif terus dikembangkan, akan tetapi begitu sulit menemukan guidelines untuk mengkombinasikan elemen game dan materi belajar dalam sebuah educational games. Konsep gamifikasi menjadi alternatif dalam mengorganisasi dan mengkondisikan situasi belajar agar lebih menarik, menyenangkan dan membangun engagement bagi siswa dalam belajar. Paper ini mencoba memberikan sebuah solusi dalam perancangan gamifikasi untuk proses pembelajaran dengan membuat pola perancangan yang dimulai dari mengidentifikasi karakter siswa sebagai pemain, membangun mekanika permainan, membangun engagement siswa dan menerapkan elemen gamifikasi.
