ANALISIS HUBUNGAN STRATEGI KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KEMAJUAN KEGIATAN AKADEMIK STUDI KASUS: UNIVERSITAS DARMA PERSADA

Abstract


Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh penerapan strategi knowledge management terhadap proses penjaminan mutu perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat penelitian sebelumnya bahwa dengan strategi knowledge management mempunyai hubungan kausalitas terhadap kinerja staf akademik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan angket kepada 155 responden. Strategi personalisasi dan kodifikasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap proses evaluating yaitu sebesar 2.63 dan 2.70. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kegiatan evaluating berpengaruh significant terhadap kemajuan akademik (C.R=4.78).
