ANALISIS PENERIMAAN DAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP APLIKASI E-PURCHASING DENGAN MODEL INTEGRASI

Abstract


Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah memiliki peran yang cukup penting dalam proses kegiatan pemerintahan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi pemerintah dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan tersebut. Salah satu upaya yaitu dengan melakukan pengadaan barang/jasa secara elektronik melalui e-purchasing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerimaan pengguna dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi e-purchasing tersebut, menggunakan teori kepuasan dan penerimaan yang dikembangkan oleh Wixom dan Todd. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan motode analisis SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem e-purchasing, yang kemudian mempengaruhi persepsi kemudahaan dalam penggunaan aplikasi sehingga mendorong sikap dan keinginan dari pengguna untuk menggunakan aplikasi epurchasing dalam proses pengadaan barang/jasa.
