MODEL ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS INVESTASI TI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract


Pemanfaatan TI dalam proses bisnis berkembang dengan pesat di era komputerisasi saat ini. Hal ini mendorong pengusaha untuk melakukan investasi TI dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Investasi TI yang tepat dan terencana mutlak diperlukan untuk memenuhi ekspektasi tersebut, sehingga dapat terhindar dari paradoks produktivitas. Makalah ini melakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh investasi TI terhadap produktivitas tangible dan intangible. Produktivitas tangible diukur berdasarkan keuntungan finansial, sedangkan intangible diukur berdasarkan kepuasan konsumen terhadap barang atau jasa yang diberikan. Metode Cost/Benefit Analysis dan hipotesis dalam model penelitian dampak investasi TI terhadap kepuasan konsumen diusulkan dalam makalah ini, untuk mengetahui dampak investasi TI pada produktivitas peusahaan.
