RANCANGAN SISTEM DATA WAREHOUSE EVALUASI KINERJA
Abstract
Paper ini membahas sistem data warehouse (DW) evaluasi kinerja. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai adalah membuat rancangan sistem DW evaluasi kinerja yang siap diterapkan di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan menentukan subjek, studi literatur, observasi terhadap struktur orgnisasi, proses bisnis, sistem operasional, menyusun key performance indicators (KPI), menentukan representasi KPI, menentukan data dan sumbernya, dan membuat rancangan DW evaluasi kinerja. Hasil akhirnya berupa rancangan fisik dan rancangan model data untuk sistem DW evaluasi kinerja. Pengimplementasian rancangan sistem DW evaluasi kinerja yang diusulkan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan, efisiensi dan kualitas pelaksanaan evalausi kinerja berbentuk KPI, mengelola dan mengontrol aktifitas, mengetahui kondisinya, dan dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan di perguruan tinggi sebagai objek penelitian.
