EVALUASI KESUKSESAN BILLING SYSTEM (Studi Kasus di RSUD. Dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu)
Abstract
Dengan semakin pesatnya perkembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi kesehatan jika dikaitkan dengan semakin banyaknya keluhan yang muncul mengenai keselamatan pasien dan bagaimana memberikan pelayanan kesehatan secara efektif dan efisien menjadikan sistem informasi kesehatan semakin menarik perhatian banyak orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi sistem informasi billing system dengan menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean yang dimodifikasi dengan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Sebanyak 152 data dari kuesioner yang valid dari pengguna billing system di RSUD. Dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu selanjutnya dianalisis dengan structural equation model (SEM) berbasis komponen atau Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh terhadap persepsian kegunaan. Kecemasan terkait penggunaan billing system berpengaruh terhadap persepsian kegunaan, persepsian kemudahan penggunaan dan sikap. Persepsian kegunaan saling berpengaruh dengan persepsian kemudahan penggunan. Persepsian kegunaan dan persepsian kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap sikap. Sikap berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku untuk menggunakan. Niat Perilaku untuk menggunakan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dengan hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pihak manajemen RSUD. Dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan penggunaan billing system berbasis kepuasan pengguna.
