Abstract

In every organization, reports are common and veryimportant in running the business activities as well as ineducation. Reports in education plays a major role todetermine the development in education, including thestudents, the school, the academic progress of studentsand others. In addition, the report also serves as areference for planning and as a basis for decisionmaking. To create a good report, there should be amonitoring in the reporting system. The monitoringsystem is useful for maintaining good reporting processand maintain the quality of a report. GIS is a technologyto mapping the location which is useful to show theprogress report in a certain place. This technology isparticularly suitable as the basis of the monitoringsystem reports are scattered in various places, especiallyin education. GIS will show the HIMPAUDI’s educationdevelopment that can be choose by metrics, soHIMPAUDI can compare the PAUD’s development ineach region for decision making for strategic planningin the future.
