EVALUASI DAMPAK APLIKASI HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS) TERHADAP PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS PENGURUSAN JENJANG AKADEMIK DOSEN DENGAN METODE UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY (UTAUT)

Abstract


Dalam penerapan teknologi di institusi perguruan tinggi,dibutuhkan kepraktisan dalam segala hal, termasuk penerapan pada sistem Human Resource Development dan Human Resource of Information System (HRIS). Implementasi aplikasi HRIS diperguruan tinggi Universitas Bina Darma ditujukan untuk menciptakan pengurusan jenjang akademik dosen agar proses yang dilakukan mudah, efisien,praktis dan cepat. Dari pemanfaatan implementasi aplikasi HRIS terhadap pengurusan jenjang akademik dosen universitas bina darma, dilakukan analisis dengan metode UTAUT untuk melihat dampak implementasi aplikasi HRIS terhadap user acceptance. Hasil yang didapat dari niat serta perilaku pengguna terhadap Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, Social influence, dan Facilitating conditions terhadap implementasi aplikasi HRIS menggunakan framework metode UTAUT berpengaruh signifikan sebesarnya 5%.
