PENYELARASAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI UNTUK MEMENUHI SASARAN FINANSIAL (MENILAI MANFAAT INVESTASI TI)
Abstract
Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dewasa ini semakin meluas dibarengi dengan pertumbuhan investasi TI secara signifkan. Penilaian sasaran finansial atas investasi TI menjadi sebuah topik yang penting untuk dilakukan. Banyak eksekutif keuangan yang menggunakan metode Return of Investment (ROI). Namun di sisi eksekutif TI, mereka lebih banyak menilai investasi TI dari ketepatan waktu, budget proyek, serta efek manfaat, seperti pengurangan biaya operasional dan peningkatan produktivitas. Perbedaan pandangan seperti ini dapat memicu terjadinya kesenjangan. Dibutuhkan pemahaman yang sama agar tercipta keselarasan TI dan bisnis, agar investasi TI mempunyai value dan manfaat secara optimal.
