Abstract


Artikel ini memperkenalkan secara singkat mengenai model DeLone & McLean IS Success Model, baik model original, maupun perkembangan lanjutan dari model tersebut. Artikel ini membahas tentang kemungkinan penggunaan model DeLone dan McLean, untuk diimplementasikan pada suatu kasus. Mulai dari tema penelitian, pembuatan kuesioner, penentuan jumlah sample dan juga teknik statistik yang memungkinkan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean.
