PERAN CIO DALAM PENYELARASAN STRATEGI BISNIS – TI

Abstract


Keselarasan antara strategi bisnis dengan strategi TI diperlukan untuk meraih keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran CIO dalam melakukan penyelarasan tersebut. Pada awalnya CIO hanya berperan sebagai kepala divisi TI saja yang berfokus pada kualitas operasional TI. Seiring perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan dunia bisnis, peran tersebut berubah menjadi pemimpin transformasi dan pembuat strategi bisnis perusahaan. Peran strategis tersebut perlu didukung oleh kapabilitas dan kompetensi CIO yang memadai untuk menggapai kesuksesan perusahaan.
