PERANCANGAN MODEL BASIS DATA BERBASIS PAKAR GANGGUAN RAHIM DAN KESEHATAN JANIN PADA WANITA HAMIL

Abstract


The increase in the mortality rate of pregnant women and fetal health pregnancy still constitutes one of the factors the Government's great attention. Especially for the health service under the Ministry of health. Many of the factors that led to the deaths of pregnant women is on the rise among them: lack of information for women who are pregnant to regulate consumption of healthy eating menu, a lack of concern for the pregnant woman to check pregnancy tri semester and the lack of information on health of the uterus and repoduksi. This research aims to design data base expert system for disorders of the uterus in pregnant women and fetal health. The methods used in the design of the expert system data base model using The Database Life Cycle (DBLC) which includes: initial data base study (defining problems and constraints, objectives and scope of the system), database design (design of conceptually database model, desaign of schema database, and design of  physical database model. The resulting outer form desaign data base model with 8 entity as the master file, related with 11 entities as file transactions through cardinality relationship one-to-many/many-to-one up to 3tdNF. The conversion of the model ER become 19 tables are closely related with the cardinality relationship one-to-many/many-to-one
