Perancangan Arsitektur Dan Purwarupa Model Pembelajaran Massive Open Online Course (MOOCS) Di Perguruan Tinggi Menggunakan Layanan Mobile

Memperoleh akses pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang baik adalah hak setiap warga negara. Perguruan tinggi sebagai domain aset publik sudah selayaknya memberikan layanan sumberdaya pembelajaran dengan baik dan cepat. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCS) hadir sebagai salah satu alternatif pilihan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap kesenjangan antara kebutuhan dan kemampuan sebuah institusi dalam memberikan layanan sumberdaya pembelajaran.  Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah perancangan arsitektur dan purwarupa model pembelajaran MOOCs di perguruan tinggi menggunakan layanan mobile. Pemilihan teknologi layanan mobile untuk menerapkan konsep MOOCs memiliki beberapa rasional diantaranya adalah (1) penggunaan perangkat mobile lebih mudah dalam hal pengaksesan konten, (2) tidak memiliki batasan lokasi untuk mengakses konten, (3) dan karakteristik perangkat mobile yang mudah untuk digunakan dan dibawa. Dengan purwarupa yang dihasilkan, diharapkan menjadi salah satu alternatif usulan kepada pengembang sistem pembelajaran di tingkat perguruan tinggi.
