Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Pengurus Pada Amarta Gateball Club Menggunakan GAP Profile Matching

Abstract


In a club, the Trustees are very important in the running of an organization. Caretaker role to lead, coordinate, oversee the Organization so that it runs smoothly. In need a responsible caretaker, capable of directing, and active in order to achieve the goal that has been set. Therefore, in order to get a quality sysop then conducted the election of the Executive Board.

Amarta Gateball Club is a sports club under the auspices of PERGATSI city. On the Amarta Gateball Club in the process of the election of the Executive Board is still done subjectively or directly elected by the Chairman of the former.

Profile matching  is a process which is very important in human resource management where the first specified competence (ability) required by an Office. Competence the ability/shall be met by the holder/holder position. candidates In the process of profile matching in the outline is the process of comparing between individual competencies into the competence of the Office so that it can be known difference competencies (also known as gap), the smaller the gap generated then the weighting value the greater meaning of having greater opportunities for employees occupying these positions.
